  • All logos and artwork are due by April 15, 2024.
  • Swag and literature inserts must be delivered to The Arc Oregon by April 15, 2024. We will provide further instructions once your request is received.
  • Payment in full is due by April 15, 2024. Status as a sponsor, exhibitor, and/or advertiser will not be confirmed until payment is received unless other arrangements are approved by The Arc Oregon.
  • Payment can be made online with our secure payment portal, or you can request an invoice to pay by check.

This year's program will be available to view and download to the general public and not limited to attendees. Swag bags will be sent to the first 150 registrants.

You may upload documents/marketing materials to be viewed and downloaded from your virtual booth and/or artwork for paid advertisements or virtual booth banners. Exhibitors are limited to 1 document. Sponsors may have up to 3 documents depending on your level of sponsorship. Please view the full prospectus for technical guidelines on artwork and banners.
Payment in full must be received to finalize your sponsorship, advertisement, and/or exhibit space.

We have removed the login feature of our website. This will improve website speed and make it easier to access training and other resources.

How do I access training content?

As of 10/17/2022, registered attendees will no longer be required to log in to access course content. If you are registered for an upcoming class, you were sent an email from training@thearcoregon.org or no-reply@mg.thearcoregon.org with more information.
