Session Description

Resilience is the ability to recover from difficulty or hardship. There are things we can do to increase our capacity to bounce back. Learn about how to make stress more manageable from a brain perspective.

Learning Objectives

Join us during this next workshop to:

  • See the positive and negative effects of stress on our functioning
  • Learn about common resilience boosters
  • Learn how the brain interprets certain activities as more soothing than others
  • Appreciate daily/routine “self-care” as it builds resilience in times of uncertainty
