Mental Health at the Workplace

Is your mental health being challenged in the workplace?  From Vicarious Trauma to Stress Related Disorders, this training will help you learn to identify when and how to set a boundary, shift your mindset around common issues and engage in radical self care to support your needs.

We will explore current trends of Quiet Quitting, Quiet Firing and Quiet Hiring.  We will also briefly practice diaphragmatic breathing and review foods that can help support your mind, brain and body.
