Description: When leaders use a trauma informed approach, they create safe and supportive environments that help teams creatively engage with their work. Trauma Informed Leadership builds off the Foundations of Trauma Informed Care training.

Join us as we learn ways to integrate the trauma informed approach into supervision and reduce experiences of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. This training is a good fit for anyone in a leadership or management position in the field of human services.
