Convention Pre-registration

The Arc Oregon is hosting a Self-Advocacy Convention day in November 2026. It is part of The Arc National Convention in downtown Portland.

This is a pre-registration form. It is not full registration yet. Fill it out to tell us you are interested. We will keep you posted.

Full registration opens in late summer. The cost will be about $95.

You do not pay anything today.

We will use this to send you convention news and updates.
Optional. Add it if you would like us to be able to call or text you.
Pick the Oregon county where you live. Pick “Outside Oregon” if you live in another state.
Your connection to the disability community (check all that apply)

Section 2: Are you coming?

Do you plan to come to the convention day?

Section 3: Are you bringing a group?

Are you signing up a group?
A group is more than one person coming together. Pick “Yes” if you are organizing or bringing a group.
Your best guess is fine. You can change this later.
Tell us who we should talk to about the group. This can be you.

Section 4: Help with the cost

The Arc Oregon offers a grant to Oregon residents to help with the cost of coming. It is called the Convention/Conference Grant. It comes from the Oregon Special Needs Trust (OSNT).

The grant can help pay for registration and travel. It is for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families.

You apply for the grant on its own. It is separate from registering for the convention. Tell us below if you think you may apply. We will send you the details.
