Registration Fee Includes:
- Admittance to all convention sessions and activities
- Participation in Seeds of Change community conversations
- Inspirational Speakers
- Networking with individuals, families and leaders from all over Oregon
- Meals & Snacks (Thursday breakfast through Friday breakfast)
- Karaoke Dance Party (Thursday evening)

Please complete a separate registration form for each attendee, including supporters.
Financial Assistance
Thanks to generous support from our sponsors and from the Oregon Special Needs Trust (OSNT) Remainder Fund Grant Program, we are offering full financial support to self-advocates to attend this unique event! On the registration form, let us know if you need financial assistance and we’ll take it from there.
Our financial assistance can cover:
- Registration fee for self-advocates
- Hotel room (we have some single-occupancy and some double-occupancy rooms, as well as some fully ADA-accessible rooms reserved)
- Assistance with travel arrangements
- Assistance with any meals not provided at the Convention
- Assistance may also be requested for a DSP or person who supports a self-advocate to participate in this event
Please request financial assistance when you complete our Registration Form. Financial assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and funds may be limited, so register early! Registration will close on April 20.
