Annual State Convention

Sponsor and Exhibitor Application

  • Application must be received by April 5, 2022. 
  • Please review the terms and conditions on the Sponsor and/or Exhibitor pages before submitting an application
  • All logos and artwork are due by April 1, 2022.
  • Swag and literature inserts must be delivered to The Arc Oregon by April 15, 2022. We will provide further instructions once your request is received.
  • Payment in full is due by April 15, 2022. Status as a sponsor, exhibitor, and/or advertiser will not be confirmed until payment is received unless other arrangements are approved by The Arc Oregon.
  • Payment can be made online with our secure payment portal, or you can request an invoice to pay by check.

Thank you for your interest in supporting our convention. Our exhibitor/sponsor application will open by October 1, 2021. Applications will be accepted through April 5, 2022.
