Whether you or your family is new to exploring Intellectual and Developmental Disability services or resources in Oregon, we hope this session will bring you a solid understanding and foundation of how to connect with your local Community Developmental Disability Program, family networks and share tools to help communicate your vision for a good life and advocate for the things you want and need to do so.

• Look at how Person-Centered Planning can help us to live a good life
• Gain a historical review from past to present of supports and services
• Explore different supports and services available in Oregon
• Highlight advocacy opportunities for people and families
