Employer Resource Connection
What is Employer Resource Connection (ERC)?
ERC is a program for individuals who have been approved to receive in home services through Medicaid or Oregon Project Independence. The program supports you to understand how to hire, train, and manage your care worker within your approved service plan. ERC consultants work to help you become a successful employer so you can continue to live independently in your home and community.
