In a world filled with uncertainties, guiding children through unfamiliar experiences can be overwhelming. Whether it’s starting school, transitioning to a new childcare provider, new doctors’ appointments, moving to a new home, or other life transitions, the unknown can bring challenges and anxieties for both children and caregivers alike.
During this workshop caregivers will gain practical insights and tools aimed at supporting children in acknowledging and navigating their emotions amidst change. From fostering a sense of safety to building emotional regulation skills, a trauma informed approach will pave the way for smoother transitions while strengthening resilience.
Join us for this workshop filled with discovery, learning, and growth together!
