Exploring the different sensory issues that affect a wide diversity of our community, the various methods of meeting sensory needs by creating sensory inclusive environments.

  • Define the variety of senses and sensory issues
  • What is sensory inclusion?
  • Examples of sensory zones
  • The importance of listening, including, and engaging the IDD community
  • Understand that sensory inclusion benefits everyone, not just the IDD community
