Provider Navigator Program
The Provider Navigator program is a free resource for new and current homecare providers. This program offers up to 20 hours of support to help the following providers start or grow their career.
- Homecare Workers (in-home care for older adults and people with disabilities)
- Personal Support Workers (in-home care for children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities)
- Personal Care Attendants (in-home care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health condition)
Comprehensive Help
Provider Navigators are here to provide an in-depth, hands-on experience. Whether you are just getting started, or a seasoned professional, Provider Navigators are ready to help you learn tools and skills every step of the way.
Enrollment
Navigators guide you through how to apply by helping you understand enrollment paperwork, the background check, and registering for required trainings.
System Navigation
Navigators can assist with teaching you how to log your hours and mileage in required systems in order to get paid, as well as help you access your benefits.
Professional Growth
Navigators work with you to find clients, understand which trainings and credentials offer pay raises, and keeping credentials up to date.
Flexible Support Options
Providers are able to request how they prefer to receive support.
In Person
Get hands-on assistance where you are most comfortable, making it easy to solve problems together.
Over the Phone
Phone support allows you to talk through issues quickly and clearly, offering real-time guidance.
By Video
Using video allows people to see, share, and solve problems together as if they were in the same room.
