ADHD 101

ADHD 101 reviews basic information about (ADHD)
attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, including 
the traits, history, causes, treatments, and an 
overview of how you can support someone with 
ADHD.

Participants will be able to: 

  • describe the basic traits of ADHD
  • name three to five ways to adapt routines and lessons to support children with ADHD.
  • name specific supports for areas of executive function weaknesses
  • describe at least three to five ways to structure the classroom and routines in order to increase success of children with ADHD.

Our trainers provide digital copies of materials and automated captions during every online training. If you need any additional accommodation to fully participate in this training (such as interpretation, human captioning, or large-print forms), please email your request to training@thearcoregon.org at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. Include the date and title of the training in your email request.
