Trauma informed facilitation helps people to engage in conversations and process information in meaningful ways. It is a helpful structure for any meeting, training, or workshop and especially important when we talk about things that make us feel deeply.
At work, we often come into shared spaces feeling stress and fatigue. We also carry with us our past experiences and possibly trauma. Trauma informed facilitation helps facilitators create accessible and welcoming environments where people can connect, learn and grow.
This workshop is designed for anyone who leads meetings, workshops, or trainings. You will have the opportunity to engage in reflective exercises and skill-building group discussions.
