Automatic negative thoughts, ruminative thoughts, memories that pop up at the most inopportune time. They can change your actions and behaviors in ways that are not supportive of your goals or the life you desire. In this presentation, we will review ways to challenge our limiting beliefs.
Our trainers provide digital copies of materials and automated captions during every online training.
