Event Date/Time: July 23, 2024, 10:00 – 11:30 am
Instructor(s): Kelli Downey, Trauma Informed Care Trainer and Consultant
When leaders use a trauma informed approach, they create safe and supportive environments that help teams creatively engage with their work.
Trauma Informed Leadership builds off of the Foundations of Trauma Informed Care training. Join us as we learn ways to integrate the trauma informed approach into supervision and reduce experiences of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. This training is a good fit for anyone in a leadership or management position in the field of human services.
Our trainers provide digital copies of materials and automated captions during every online training. If you need any additional accommodation to fully participate in this training (such as interpretation, human captioning, or large-print forms), please email your request to training@thearcoregon.org at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. Include the date and title of the training in your email request.
As of 10/17/2022, registered attendees will no longer be required to log in to access course content. If you are registered for an upcoming class, you were sent an email from training@thearcoregon.org or no-reply@mg.thearcoregon.org with more information.
If you need assistance, please email us at training@thearcoregon.org.
