About this training

This online, facilitated half-day training is for Provider Organization staff and licensed I/DD Foster providers. It includes a broad overview of the Oregon ISP planning process and discusses how planning can happen in a way that centers around the person, supports a person’s choices, and ultimately gets someone closer to the things they want in their life. Provider responsibilities for contributing to the development and implementation of the Oregon ISP will also be discussed.Participants are asked to be engaged throughout the training and to connect using audio and video. Key topics include: • Gathering Person Centered Information • Identifying serious risks • Risk management strategies • Developing a One Page Profile • Implementing the ISP or Provider Service Agreement • Making changes
