My “Why” |
My younger sister experiences intellectual disability. She has been a great teacher and inspiration to me throughout my life and continues to be today. My parents were part of the pioneering generation who fought for deinstitutionalization, special education, and so much more. I am proud to honor and continue that legacy through my work at The Arc Oregon. |
About Me |
Following college, I started my career as a music teacher, but soon gravitated to the field of developmental disability services. After 35 years, I still love this work! Outside of work, music is still a passion. I am a violinist with a regional community orchestra. I also like to read, play golf, and spend time with my fur family, Mini and Bonnie. |
How I Can Help |
I can help you with tools, resources, and support to be an effective employer of your in-home support workers. My team and I can assist you in finding workers, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising your worker so you can get the most benefit possible from your in-home services. |
