I am an experienced trainer and consultant, with much of my work focusing on the Oregon ISP forms & process. My background as a Services Coordinator and Direct Support Professional has given me first-hand experience with person-centered planning & supports. I am a Charting the LifeCourse™ Ambassador, Person Centered Thinking Trainer, and my master’s degree is in Social Work (MSW). |

This includes individual consultation and training support for your team or organization. As a Person Centered Thinking Trainee and Credentialed LifeCourse Ambassador, I can also support and collaborate around person-centered planning. |
